A. We supply free samples if the value under USD3.00 for overseas customers.You need to provide your courier(as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.)account No. and we’ll send samples through your courier by freight collect. |
| 2.Can I place a trial order before a volume purchasing? |
A. Yes! You can place a trial order at the quantity of 20pcs to test your
market first. If the market tests the goods well, you can look at
proceeding with the formal order from LONGBOW. The relevant
requirements for a trial order are as follows:
*The contents should be our standard products.
*You need to pay for the printing fee if you need the kit to be printed
with your own logo. |
| 3. Can I customize (OEM) the packing of the products? |

A.Yes ! We can offer OEM service. You can customize your logo print on the box or bag, or make a label which print your logo stick on box. Inside contents can be printed with your logo also or natural logo or our LONGBOW logo. |
| 4.How about the printing charge of the contents if I asked for an OEM service? |

A. For nylon bag: RMB100 will be charged if your logo is less than 4 colors.
*For ABS and PP box: RMB100 will be charged if your logo is less than 4
colors.
*For sterile paper bag: Printing fee:RMB400 for each color. Sample
fee:RMB500 for each bag(the samples are about 1000pcs)

*For aluminum or aluminum-plated bag(wipes): Printing fee:RMB400 for each
color. Sample fee:RMB900 for each bag(the samples are about 5000pcs)
*For PE zip locked bag: Printing fee:RMB400 for each color. Sample
fee:RMB900 for each bag(the samples are about 5000pcs)
*For Paper box: The MOQ is RMB800

| 5.How to customize my first aid kit? |

A. In order to meet your requirements well, you need to inform us the follows information:
*For logo printing: the pantone number and the artwork
*For nylon bag: a sample or clear pictures with detailed description or
our bag designer will make a sample according to your detailed
requirements and then we will send it to you for your confirmation.
*For ABS and PP box: a sample or a drawing, then our engineer will send
you an engineering drawing for your confirmation.

| 6. How to place an order? |
A. Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
*Shipping information - company name, address, phone number, fax number,
destination airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by
air or by ocean container)
*Product information - specifications, quantity, target price
*Delivery time required |
| 7. Can you arrange the transportation for us? |
| A. Yes! We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation. |
| 8. How can the products be sent to me? |
A. For small quantity and weight less than 20 kgs, usually sent by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ). |
| 9. What's your usual payment term for orders? |
| A. 30% deposit by T/T in advance to confirm the order, balance paid by T/T before shipment or balance paid by L/C at sight. |
| 10. How can I get your new products information? |
| A. Please refer to the column of "New Products" in our website. |
| 11. What's the Min. Order Quantity? |
| A. This point depends on our products. As for the first aid kits, usually we do not accept less than USD 1000 worth of order. |
| 12. How Can I Become Your Sales Agent? |
| A. If you can sell our first aid kits with the value of more than USD50,000 per month, we can authorize you to be our sales agent in your local area. |
